Garden Egg Sauce With Boiled Unripe Plantain is one of the most well loved food in Nigeria. It is enjoyed by thousands and millions of people. They are easy, and quick to make, they also look fantastic and nice.
INGREDIENTS A
6 Unripe Plantain
Salt to Taste.
INGREDIENTS B
10 Large white gardenegg
5 Fresh Tomatoes
10 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 Onions
Mackerel Fish
Palm Oil.
INSTRUCTIONS
* Peel the back cover of the Unripe Plantain
* Cut into half portion or to any size you want into a bowl. Rinse the Plantain well, and direct it into a clean washed pot.
* Add a half teaspoon salt to taste. Cook till it's done.
* Simply remove from pot, and reserve in a cooler.
INSTRUCTION B
* Wash gardenegg in a bowl to a pot to boil. Boil for 20 minutes till the body shell separate from the garden egg itself.
* Alongside, grate the fresh tomatoes, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, onion together. Then you cut in your mackerel fish into size in a pot, season with salt, Maggi, Curry, thyme,and onion. Add water to it and cook for 5-7 minutes.
* Extract the boiling water away from the gardenegg, begin to peel off its shell. When done, put the gardenegg inside a bowl, a little salt to taste. Then begin to match with a spoon. Continue matching till the big portion of garden egg becomes separated and mix out with it's seed.
