Doughnut sometimes serves as bread for me. I love taking doughnut with stew. It taste delicious, and satisfying to me. Doughnut Recipe is simple to make, it doesn't consume very much time. One hour 30minutes is okay.
This recipe can be found in the eatery, serve in parties, bought on the street, and also made at home. It taste good, and yummy. It also can be presevable, it last for more than a day. Using fridge, or warm cooker to warm it.
How To Make Doughnut
INGREDIENTS
1.) 5 cups flour
2.) 1 cup sugar
3.) 1 egg whisked
4.) 4 tsp yeast
5.) 1 cup milk
6.) 2 tsp margarine
7.) Groundnut oil
8.) 1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUMENTS
1.) Deep frying pot
2.) Round cutter/round bowl & bottle cover
3.) Rolling pins
4.) Smooth working surface
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Pour the measured flour, salt, yeast, together in a bowl. Mix all together. Also in another bowl, pour in the milk, and sugar. Mix together, then let the sugar dissolve in the milk
2.) After 2minutes, make a hole round the flour, and pour the milk inside. Mix together, then add in the whisked egg, and also with the margarine. Mix all together, and apply water to it till it forms a stretchy dough. If dough is found hard, apply more flour to soften it.
3.) Place dough on a flat surface to be able to make the dough soften with flour, using your hand. Cut into sizes, use rolling pin to roll, and cutter to cut the dough in sizes.
4.) Place the deep frying pot on fire, heat up the Groundnut oil, and begin to fry the dough. Fry till brown, flip to the other side, and also fry till brown.
5.) Serve doughnut with soft chilled drink
