How To Make Homemade Mayonnaise

 


    Mayonnaise is a thick sauce of egg yolk, lemon juice, flavour, and oil. It is known as the fattiest emulsion of its kind, and also,it sauce is very easy to make as regards following the procedure.

  Mayonnaise binds together meat salad and sandwiches.


 INGREDIENTS

1.) 2 Whisk egg yolk

2.) 3 Tablespoon of lemon juice

3.) Salt to taste

4.) 1 and half cup of flavorless oil e.g canola oil

5.) 1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard


  INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Bring together all the ingredients into a clean bowl.

2.) Use a turning blender to mix the ingredients thoroughly. The mayonnaise will begin to form almost immediately.

3.) Blend still it forms.

4.) If mayonnaise is thick, simply add more canola oil, then blend.

5.) Salt to taste

6.) Store mayonnaise in the fridge for 3 days.
