 Carrot oil is a nutritious oil either used for cooking, baking, hair treatment, body treatment e.t.c. It contains vitamins and minerals which are very important to the body. 


   First of all, what is carrot itself?

 Carrot is a root vegetable fruit that contains vitamin and minerals. It is a healthy fruit which taste crunchy and sweet. Carrot contains antioxidants, vitamin K, and magnesium which serves as a diet to feed on most especially for sick patients with diseases like cancer, kidney problem, liver disease, and heart disease.


 

  Carrot happens to appear in different colours like yellow, red, orange and purple. They are popularly known as cooking vegetable used in making salad, fried rice, indomie e.t.c.

    How To Make Carrot Oil

  Carrot can be transformed into any form either oil, juice, cake, soap, powder, puree for cooking. I would basically concentrate on how to make Carrot Oil.

   Ingredients

Carrot

Coconut oil, Olive oil, Sunflower oil (anyone)


   Instructions

1.) Use a knife to scrape the body of the carrot, to remove dirt. Rinse thoroughly.

2.) Grate with a plastic or iron grater into smaller sizes. Fill the grated carrot into a bottle of coconut, and leave for 24hrs.



3.) Pour both the oil, and carrot into a pot, place on fire on a low heat for 10minutes. You will notice infusion process. Then oil becomes orange.

4.) After 15minutes, let the coconut oil cools to become cold. Store in a bottle, or glass jar.




    How To Use Carrot Oil

1.) Carrot Oil can be used for cooking, frying, or baking.

2.) Carrot Oil can be used as a conditioner to massage the hair. 

3.) Carrot Oil can be used on the body for skin lightening
