   Unripe Plantain is a food categorised to be one of the best known healthy food in the world. It is simple, and easy to make. No much time consumption needed.

   Unripe Plantain helps the body system  function in different ways. It is rich in calcium, and also contains minerals and vitamins. Unripe Plantain can be prescribe to patients having ulcer, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Due to it's content, it is amicable to prevent, and cure this disease.



   The best method to boil an Unripe Plantain is by boiling with it's peel cover. It helps in the function of the plantain to the body. 

  INGREDIENTS

1.) 2 Unripe Plantain

2.) Salt


  INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Cut unripe plantain into a pot of water, add salt to taste. 

2.) Cook well for about 7 minutes. Plantain is ready.

3.) Serve with any sauce of your choice. 


   There are benefit of eating unripe plantain, it has some healthy benefit such as:

   Unripe plantain is a good cure to diseases in the part of the body system. I am a testifier to this. My daddy happens to be one who eat Unripe plantain alot. I was actually thinking maybe he loves it so much, but no. I later got to realise that it was prescribe to him by the doctor. He had a kidney disease.

  He is doing fine and healthy, feeding on those food prescribed to him by the doctor. Unripe can be served with garden egg sauce. Garden Egg Sauce and Boiled Unripe Plantain ,Egg  , fish sauce, fruits, egg e.t.c. Depending on your choice.
