Ogbono Soup
This is a delicious recipe recognized in the Draw soup family. Draw soup like Okro soup, and Ewedu Soup. Ogbono soup is a spectacular soup made with different varieties, and simple to make. Ogbono soup is one of the Igbos favourite soup. This recipe is eaten the most by the Igbo tribe. Other tribe enjoy the soup, but it is mostly owned by the Igbos.

INGREDIENTS
1.) 1 cup ogbono seed - #500
2.) Meat - #500
3.) Red pepper - #50
4.) Pomo - #100
5.) Crayfish - #100
6.) Bitter leaf - #50
7.) 2 Maggi cube - #20
8.) Salt
9.) Palm oil - #100
10.) Stock fish - #500
11.) Onions - #50
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Make sure the ogbono seed is grinded in the market, seasoning the meat, stock fish, and Pomo with Maggi, salt, and onions. Cook for 20minutes.
2.) Alongside, wash the bitterleaf. Slice bitterleaf into a bowl, add salt to it, then begin to scrub together with your palm till it bring out a wety foam. Do this for 7minutes, then wash with water.
3.) After cooking the meat for 20minutes, get a clean pot to cook the ogbono soup. Place on fire, let the palm oil melt, and not to heat up. Then add ogbono seed to the palm oil, and mix all together. Make sure it covers the palm oil, then add the meat stock to it. Mix well all together, leave to cook.
4.) Begin to cook, cook for 3minutes interval and watch it by mixing all through. Add more water to it if thick. Cook for 3minutes, mix to remove the sticky ones around the side of the pot. Add in the meat, stock fish, crayfish, pomo, bitter leaf, mix together, and cook for 10minutes all together.
5.) After 10minutes to 12minutes, your ogbono soup is ready. Serve with any Nigerian Fufu of your choice.
