Puff Puff is made with flour, yeast, nutmeg e.t.c. This recipe doesn't take much amount of money to make, but requires time. Time is required when reserving the mixed flour to rise in double. Puff Puff recipe is a good recipe to invest into when taking snacks as a source of income. Other snacks can be involved also.
The ingredients used in making puff puff recipe are simple, and easy to get. Here are the ingredients listed.
INGREDIENTS
1.) 4 cups flour
2.) 2 cups like warm water
3.) 1 tsp active dry yeast
4.) 1/4 tsp nutmeg
5.) 1/2 cup sugar
6.) 1/2 tsp salt
7.) Vegetable oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Get a clean bowl, put in the measured flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg. Mix all ingredients together. Make sure they are all mixed together
2.) Get another bowl, then add in the Luke warm water, then apply the active yeast to it. Mix together for 5minutes, till it looks foamy.
3.) Gently pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture. Then mix thoroughly all together. It's time to rise
4.) Cover the bowl with a towel, thick nylon, or film. Leave to rise in a warm place for 120minutes, approximately 2hrs
5.) After 2hrs, get a deep pan for frying on fire, heat up the oil. Then mix the batter all together again, and scoop into the hot oil gradually using your hand, to give it a perfect shape
6.) Fry for 5minutes, fry till the batter is golden brown, then flip to the other side, fry till brown. Repeat this procedure until you are done frying
7.) Your puff puff is ready, served with chilled drinks.
How To Make Waakye - Ghanaian Recipe
Waakye is an amazing type of rice recipe. It is a Ghanaian food popularly known in Nigeria, and mostly eaten by the Hausas. It is easy to make, and simple to prepare. Waakye can be prepared, and consume at home, shop, and eatery. Most especially, waakye is available in the street food vendors.
Waakye is such an amazing, and surprising recipe to me. I could remember the first time I came in touch with waakye. I was in secondary school then, to be precise.... I was in Jss 2. It was a new school to attend. The name of the recipe itself sounds like "1k" to me. So a friend of mine said to me...... Her name is Ngozi.
Ngozi: Itunu, let's go buy waakye
Itunu: I was like 1k, how would we buy 1k. Do people sell money.
It sounded very strange to me.
So we got there, and to my surprise I saw the delicious looking waakye rice. It was reddish in colour, served with spaghetti, and fried plantain. We bought it, and got back to the school. I tasted it and found out that it taste so great. The ingredients gave it this kind of different taste, and odour. Worst part of it is that I never knew how to spell waakye, not until I became a food blogger. Had "1k" spelt in my head.
Waakye is as simple as ABC. This recipe doesn't require much ingredients. It also doesn't spend much time. It is prepared like white rice, but other necessary ingredients are put to it. This recipe is mostly paired with spaghetti, fried ripe plantain, and egg.
Here is how to make waakye, and ingredient used in making it.
INGREDIENTS
1.) 2 cups brown rice
2.) 1 cup black eyed peas/beans
3.) 3 handful red sorghum leaves
4.) Salt to taste
5.) 4 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Rinse sorghum leaves into a pot, add maximum amount of water that is able to prepare the beans and rice till they become soft, and done. There is no removal of water, unlike when you preparing white rice.
So you have to consider washing the rice as many times, with salt in order to remove the starch.
2.) Immediately water is boiled, rinse the peas into the water, cook for 15minutes. After 15minutes, rinse the rice into the pot. Then cover pot to cook rice all together for 10minutes. Add salt to taste.
3.) Rice is ready. Pair with anything of your choice, stew, vegetables, stock.

Coconut Rice Recipe - How To Make Coconut Rice
What a beautiful recipe to talk about. Coconut rice is the best rice recipe with a natural flavored taste. It is consumed all around in Nigeria. All tribes are familiar with this recipe. Coconut rice is simple to cook, but takes time and patience. It is not prepared straight forward, but requires some procedure which takes energy.
Coconut rice recipe is a delicious meal cooked with coconut fruit. The milk extracted from the coconut is what is being used to prepare the rice. Other ingredients such as vegetables are welcome. Coconut rice has a great look, depending on the kind of method you prepare it. But as for me, I prefer having a light or whitish look, and not letting other ingredients overtaste the rice. So as for me...... I prefer using sliced bell pepper, other than tin tomatoe, or blended pepper.
In order to have a very delicious, tasty, yummy, aromatic coconut rice, it depends on how many coconut fruit to use, to the measured rice you want to prepare. Please take note: when cooking coconut rice recipe, avoid adding ginger, garlic, or locust beans. I believe some of us loves any of these ingredients but to be sincere. It isn't perfect for the taste it would give.

How To Make Coconut Rice
INGREDIENTS
1.) 4 cups Rice
2.) 2 Big fully ripe coconut
3.) 1 Large onions
4.) Vegetables; red bell pepper, carrot, green peas, spring onions
5.) 2 Maggi cube
6.) 1 tsp salt to taste
7.) 1/2 cup groundnut oil
8.) Diced kidney
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Break the coconut shell to remove the coconut itself. Cut into smaller pieces in order to be able to blend or hold it firmly when blending, or grating. If blending, add a little water to make it easier for the blender to work. After this, get the grated coconut into a bowl, add in warm water. Use hands to mix thoroughly by extracting the milk/juice from it. Seize water into another clean bowl.
2.) You can repeat the same procedure to the coconut cheese to make sure all milky content is extracted. That milky juice is what will be needed to cook the rice.
3.) Pour the milky juice inside a pot, add in groundnut oil, salt, Maggi. Place on cooker, and make sure it get boiled. After being boiled, wash and rinse rinse rice to it. Let it cook enough, till soft. This takes 10 minutes.
4.) Alongside cooking the rice, fry vegetables in another pot. Put Groundnut oil in a pot on fire, add in sliced onions, wait to fry for some seconds. Add other vegetables, and season with little salt. Fry till done. As soon as it is 10minutes, apply the fried ingredients to the coconut rice. Mix together well, and let it team for 1minute. Giving the vegetables a crunchy taste, taste better.
5.) Coconut rice is ready, you can serve with fried plantain, chicken, and chilled juice.

Palm Oil Rice Recipe
Palm oil rice is an easy made recipe. It is delicious, and has a nice aroma. Palm oil rice can also be called Native Nigeria Jollof rice. This is popularly eaten by both Yoruba and Igbo tribe. I'm not really sure of the Hausas. Palm oil rice is a good food prepared with palm oil, and other ingredients.
This recipe requires any ingredients, pertaining to choice. There is no rules of ingredients guiding it. You make palm oil rice to your taste, but note, it should be nutritious, and nourishable.
Palm oil rice recipe is one of the delicious types of rice recipe I posted on my blog, and would be giving a full explanation on how to make this recipe. Remember, any ingredients used to make rice is welcome, but consider measurements. Know how you gauge the measurement, in order to avoid it from getting spoilt easily. For example, if you would be adding onion and garlic, you must try to understand that the both must not be too much, otherwise the meal would not last for long before it begin to ferment.
How To Make Palm Oil Rice
INGREDIENTS
1.) 4 cups rice
2.) Tin Tomato
3.) Blended Pepper with onions
4.) Pomo
5.) Shrimps
6.) 1/2 Grinded Crayfish
7.) 1 ginger
8.) 1/2 cup Palm oil
9.) Salt to taste
10.) Maggi
11.) A handful of curry leaf
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Place a rinse pot on a fire cooker. Let the water get dried, pour the palm oil into the hot pot to heat to a certain time, for about 2minutes. After 2minutes, add sliced onions to the oil, tin Tomatoe, and blended Pepper. Seasoning with salt and Maggi. At this point, you add the Pomo. Cut the Pomo into any size of your choice. Rinse into the pot, why I choose to it way this is way is because, I want the Pomo to be seasoned enough by the time I am done cooking the rice.
2.) Add water to it if necessary. Cover, and cook for 5minutes. After 5minutes, add enough water to cook the rice till it done. You can add in any other stock. You then grate the ginger into the water, grinded crayfish. Let the water boil. Rinse Rice into the boiled water. Cook rice for 10minutes. Till done.
3.) When rice is not fully done, like 7minutes. Add the curry leaves to it. Cover the pot, curry leaves cooks along till the rice is done. Palm oil rice is done, ready to serve and eat. You can pair with fried plantain.

Coconut rice is a very nutritious type of rice recipe. It is healthy to the body, and have a very merry taste to the bud, and nice aroma. Coconut rice is made with coconut fruit. Blended or grated to extract the water. It is then you use the coconut milk to prepare the rice. It can be prepared with diced bell pepper, and vegetables. As you want it.

Coconut oil, Olive oil, Sunflower oil (anyone)
Instructions
1.) Use a knife to scrape the body of the carrot, to remove dirt. Rinse thoroughly.
2.) Grate with a plastic or iron grater into smaller sizes. Fill the grated carrot into a bottle of coconut, and leave for 24hrs.
3.) Pour both the oil, and carrot into a pot, place on fire on a low heat for 10minutes. You will notice infusion process. Then oil becomes orange.
4.) After 15minutes, let the coconut oil cools to become cold. Store in a bottle, or glass jar.

5 Foods To Boost Kidney Function
Kidney disease is a popularly known sickness affecting the lives of people in the world. It affects about 10% of the world's population. The kidney is very much responsible for vital functions in the body.

Nigerian Fried Plantain Recipe
Plantain is a sweet dish prepared both internationally and locally. All part of the world, America, carribean, Ghana, Asia, Spain, and the rest.
It involves the deep frying of a slight salt Plantain.
INGREDIENTS
. 3 Plantains
. 2 cups groundnut oil
. Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
. Cut and peel off the plantain skin. Cut into sizes using 1/4 inches.
. Heat the groundnut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
. Gently and carefully add the plantain into the hot oil, do not overcrowd the oil.
. Fry the first side and second side for 3minutes each.
How To Make Coconut Oil
Coconut is a very good fruit which is important in all aspects. It is healthy for cooking, for the body, for the hair and the rest. Coconut can be made into different kind of thing so far it has a good outcome. Oil is being extracted from coconut which is good to the body.
Extracting oil from coconut takes some few procedure, which requires patient in order to get what you want.
Procedure on how to make coconut oil.
Step 1
Break and remove the shell of the coconut. Cut coconut into sizes and rinse for blending or grating.
If it's the easy and faster way you want? You can use an electric blender. It makes your work easier, and faster. Cut coconut into smaller sizes, and add water to blend.
Step 2
After grating it, add warm water to the coconut. Then begin to massage with your hands. Massage till all juice comes out from it. Extract the water, then fill in another warm warm to the coconut shaft. Massage again till the coconut loses all nutrient. Remember to seize coconut juice to remove any shaft from it.
For the blended coconut, seize coconut shaft from juice.
Step 3
Leave coconut juice in a bowl for 24hrs in a warm place, or in the refrigerator for 3days. After 24 hrs, remove the coconut juice about the saturated water.
Step 4
Get a pot for frying, place the coconut juice into the pot, place on fire on a low medium heat. Remove oil when excess, and continue frying.
Step 5
Begin to scrub with a spoon, as the juice continues to fry. Fry till juice turns brown. Coconut oil is ready..
